Online psychology programs will typically take half the time than their traditional counterparts, on average. Online schools do not conform to a traditional academic calendar. Therefore, they are able to offer more quarters each academic year. Most quarters will start subsequently after the prior quarter. This gives students the opportunity to take more classes per year.
